Our products are produced using market leading materials which allow us to offer a lifetime crystal, structural & electrical warranty on all Lighting Creations Crystal Chandelier products as well as a market leading lifetime frame finishes warranty (must be installed indoors as directed).
So what does this mean:
- We replace any broken crystals or parts over the chandelier’s lifetime and if required the unit itself.
- If an issue with the internal wiring of the chandelier is present, then a repair or replacement maybe required.
- It is the consumers responsibility to arrange and pay for any labour to maintain the chandelier after installation
- The chandelier must be installed and comply with the Australian Electrical Code
- To ensure your warranty is valid please follow the pre-installation checklist that is provided once your order is fulfilled.
